Overall, the car was clean and in good condition. However, it was inconvenient to discover in the middle of my trip that none of the charging ports worked. I had to stop and find a Walmart to purchase a charging device, and I was not offered any discount or compensation for the inconvenience. The rental price was only slightly cheaper than taking a flight, and in hindsight I may have been better off flying or driving my own truck. I appreciate the cleanliness of the vehicle, but the charging issue negatively impacted my experience.

This was my 1st bad experience with Turo. The car was not clean properly. The outlets that you plug up your chargers to do not work. It also needs coolant. He hounded me and wanted to do a key exchange when I asked for a contactless pickup. He also wanted to take a picture of my license with his personal phone. Which I refused because in all of my Turo experiences, I have never met the owner of the vehicle or let them take a picture of my license because, "He doesn't know me." I'm a victim of domestic violence, so I didn't even feel comfortable picking up the car. Especially after he asked me to pick it up from his home! He dropped it off and picked it up from my big sister's house. He sent messages every morning to check in. NEVER AGAIN!
Sorry to hear your complaint. 1. The vehicle was cleaned and sanitized prior to your trip. 2. The outlet plug will be removed. 3. I delivered the vehicle to the lch airport on time, but you didn’t show up and you were actually one hour late. 4. I accommodated by dropping the vehicle to your sister’s residence per your request. Since Turo doesn’t have your sister’s driver license on Turo record, I have to verify her identity by photographing her license. 5. Coolant is full.

Everything was great! Mr. James is so nice, his Mitsubishi Outlander was clean and did great on the highway! I hope I can get a chance to rent from him again!
