Lets be factual Turo. YOU cancelled this trip because YOUR policies are ineffective. Renter never sent their license information for a 5am pickup. I would have prompted them, but your policy says not to. Our business hours are clearly marked 9am to 9pm. We do accomodate overnight pickups that are verified prior to the close of business, however, no one is up waiting til 5am for someone to submit their license when they have 24 hours prior ro the start of their rental to submit their information.

Did we do something wrong? Your words say 5 stars but your rating says something wasnt right. You were late for your rental, didnt provide ID on time, we waited and allowed you to keep your reservation despite these shortcomings yet somehow WE lost a star? 🤔 Something seems off.
