The Tesla Model Y itself was awesome. We loved driving it, and the Full Self-Driving feature was wonderful to have during our trip.
Unfortunately, communication from the host could have been much better. We received no pickup instructions before arriving and had to message the host ourselves after our flight landed.
The car was also parked outside the airport area. Since we were unfamiliar with the airport, finding the car was difficult. We had to walk quite a distance, cross major roads, and carry all of our luggage with us.
Great car and a great driving experience, but the pickup process and communication need improvement, especially for travelers arriving by plane.
