Very easy rental. This was my first time using Turo and an EV. We got a quick tutorial and found it very easy to drive. Communication was easy and charging was no problem.

The car was clean and the host was very flexible, responsive and helpful. We got the car at a 50% charge and the 120 adapter was not included with the car which set us back in terms of needing to account for more frequent stops for charging, and when charging, there was a little latch that was broken that didn’t let the door close. However, overall, the pickup and drop off coordination was a breeze and we enjoyed the hosts.
