Would not rent again. They had possession of the car since 1:55 PM but wouldn’t let me check in and told me I had to contact support just to complete checkout. Communication was poor the entire time.
This is also the second accident I’ve experienced involving this vehicle. I was originally told the car was being sold, but later found out ownership had changed and the rental continued. After the accident, I was told they were only “looking at” the vehicle, not taking it out of service.
I also didn’t fill the gas tank because I was told they already had the vehicle and would be handling it, but later they said they would bill me.
On top of that, the vehicle is being marked as overdue even though they already had possession of it. Overall, the communication and handling of the situation were disappointing. I would not rent again.
