Pervious driver got in an accident and car was never assessed for the road. While on my trip I had a few issues with the car because of the accident. I had to buy and add oil to the car due to low oil possible leak and it had vehicle system malfunctions for about half of the trip. The host wanted me to take time out of my trip to take the car to a mechanic to get it diagnosed and gave the option to come pick up the car and I wouldn’t have a way back home. When asked for a refund due to all the issues it was refused. This not only made me not want to use this app again but made me only want to rent from bigger companies.

The car had no big issue, the guest wanted to get a refund . when she brought back the car nothing was wrong at all. I think this is just a way of getting a refund . My car is always serviced after every trip.
Just be alert of such kind of issues.
