This vehicle is outstanding and Saher provided excellent service! We rented the vehicle for 3 weeks and drove it across California and Nevada without issues for the most part except during our drive back from Las Vegas to San Diego; we noticed that the drive had been wobbly. After contacting Saher, he immediately consulted his mechanic, picked up the vehicle as soon as he could get an appointment for tire inspection and changed, and brought back the vehicle to us the same day! Because the cause of the issue was part of normal wear and tear of the tires, we weren't held liable for any payment for the tire replacement. The rest of our rent/trip went well. We would 100% rent a vehicle again from Saher when the need arise in the future! This is our first time using Turo and renting a vehicle from this app and it was a great experience!

Car was nice but the the car needs tires balanced and front end aligned because there was a horrible shake at 70 mph.
