Pick up and drop off were smooth. Car was in condition as expected; a little wear and tear but normal. The only negative to report is a distasteful odor coming from the vents when first running the AC. Otherwise an excellent experience.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST! The car was absolutely filthy when we picked it up. There was trash everywhere, including a prescription pill on the floor of the backseat where my young children were sitting. Parts of the car were sticky. It was disgusting and we had to clean the car ourselves to avoid ruining our vacation. A few days in we got pulled over because the registration was expired (by almost a month). The host updated it right away but the police officer warned that without the actual tags, we could be pulled over again and ticketed. We reached out to the host after the trip to remedy the situation, asking for a partial refund for the filth and unsafe (and illegal) driving conditions. He refused and accused us of extorting money from him and said that it is legal in Arizona to drive with expired registration (the police officer and a quick google search will tell you otherwise). I have pictures and proof of our issues. Now I’m on the phone with Turo trying to come up with a solution. Save yourself the time and aggravation and book one of the many other vehicles in the area.
I personally washed this Tahoe and it was clean inside and out. The rags were not expired; they had not shown up in the mail yet and had current registration. This guest was trying to threaten me and attempted to extort $500 or said he was turning me into Turo. I did not comply, so he gave me a 1 star, but please look at the rest of my reviews and know I deliver a quality product. If he was so unhappy with the car he could have easily just returned it the day he received it, SMH.
