Hi,
I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent rental. When I picked up the Audi Q3, the interior had a strong cigarette odor that was noticeable as soon as I entered the vehicle.
During my trip, I also noticed that the brakes were squeaking, which raised some concerns about the vehicle’s condition. In addition, one of the daytime running lights appeared to be malfunctioning.
I wanted to make you aware of these issues so they can be inspected and addressed for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Given these issues, I would appreciate it if you could review my reservation to determine whether any compensation or adjustment is appropriate.

Hi Reginald, thanks for the feedback. The Audi is strictly non-smoking and was cleaned and inspected before your trip. The brakes are in perfect condition and regularly serviced. For context, 80 of the last 82 guests who drove this exact car gave it a perfect 5-star rating. We will check the daytime running light. Since no issues were reported during the trip and the vehicle provided safe, reliable transport, no refund will be issued.

The car is well priced. It drives well and looks good at the curb. It has a couple nonnecessary components that are broken that that is priced into the offer.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
