First off, let me start by saying I’m of an older generation and was very unsure about this rental situation using technology rather than face to face interaction. I am very, very technologically challenged. I have to say, I can’t think of a thing that would have made it better or easier. This is by FAR the way to go in Kyle. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. The vehicle was ready, clean, fueled up and instructions were very clear. Communication was easily available and the price was unbeatable. This was my first trip to Kyle ( my grandchild was born) and I will be back frequently. I will without a doubt, seek y’all again and again.
