Great and clean car! A lifesaver considering I flew into Texas the day before Thanksgiving and every rental was sold out at the airport. Quick and easy pick up! I would recommend again. Thank you!

The pick up and drop off were extremely smooth. Car drive well. The car was dirty and had an interesting smell upon pickup. Also, we asked to extend our rental. They agreed but it wasn’t working on the app so they told me to call customer service even after I had spent a lot of time trying to rectify it. Turns out it was because the car had a recall. They did end up trying to help by calling but this was after I’d already wasted hours on it. I sort of wished they would have just called to begin with since they knew about the recall.
