Fast, easy. Communicated well and made extension a breeze!

This is my fourth rental this month and this has been the worst people host to deal with. The car itself when they say a 2017 they mean literally a 2017 it first of all was not clean like all the rest of the cars I got spotless nice smelling good no this is not the concern with this car second of all windshield wiper should have been changed many moons ago Street to like nobody's business just was not an overall good car I regretted this rental from the beginning when I got to the car the door was open there was a lock box in the glove box and the host couldn't even tell me the correct code to get into the lockbox I tried it twice my daughter tried it once my mom tried it once then I actually had to call her and she told me that it was the one that she sent me I said well it's not working so then she said oh well let me give you this other code well of course that was the code couldn't even keep up with her on the lockbox codes. Wife was very rude when I called to speak to her in regards to dropping the car off early because my car got out the shop the next day so I wanted to return the car cuz I was at in Austin and I live 2 hours away from this car rental she told me there was a two-day minimum trip but she would call her husband she called her husband then she turned around and sent message me said it was Noah three day minimal trip and I explained to her the circumstances and she was not trying to hear it they were going to keep my money no matter what so that was fine I said you can keep the $120 if that's what you desperately need to keep that's fine. She didn't like the fact that I was trying to return it early so she caught an attitude with me and she hung up in my face so of course I called her back because professionally if you're trying to run a business to do what you're trying to do and she stated to me that that's they work hard for their money so that's not how you act. So I let her know that I put the keys in the lock box and I put the car back where I found it and they could keep the money and until on Sunday they can check me out then I would leave my review and let everybody know that this was the worst car rental that I have gone through in the past month the other two cars I rented three cars I rented were pristine the host were attentive they understood everything

Car was great, Great customer service. Would rent again from them.
