Good communication and easy delivery & return. Great car for the island. But the host required a two day rental, (we didn't realize this when booking because it was our intention to have the car for two days) but the cruise ship pulled out of port early due to a storm. So even though it was out of our control, the host was unwilling to adjust the trip to the one day. Which led to hours of time dealing with Turo, who couldn't do anything because the host wouldn't accept the change request.
