Car was available on time. Strong smelling air freshener gave me a headache. Tires felt wobbly, not very clean. Service engine light showed up on the dashboard immediately. GPS continuously disconnected or refused to connect the entire trip due to a faulty cord provided.
Hey Jesse, I wish you would’ve brought any of these to our attention, but as you did not respond to any of my messages, I had no idea that there were any issues. I do my best to be as responsive as possible. We do not use any sort of air fresheners or odor sprays, so I’m not sure what you smelled. I’m sorry that you felt the vehicle was not up to your standards, I make a high effort to clean each vehicle myself and deliver them clean and would have worked out a solution with you.
