Everything associated with this vehicle has been amazing and easy. The jeep was clean and like the pictures. Communication with the host was efficient and amazing. Would definitely rate again and highly recommend.

Excellent Host. Torrence was very flexible and let me change my trip pick up time even though I am sure it was not comvenient for him. Jeep was so fun and my kids had a blast. Would definetly rent again. Best deal in the smokies.

Dirty open food left in jeep. Needed oil change, key fob was running out of battery.

I was contacted immediately by the renter about food wrappers under the seat and they sent a picture. I apologized and told him that my Cleaning service must have missed a lot of items soI also offered to pay for half a tank of gas on return to help. Oil change was done two weeks prior to Rental Valvoline forgot to reset the oil monitor if the renter contacted me about this. I could’ve let them know. Renter contacted me about key fob battery. I gave quick solutions, they never reached back out
Jeep was in great shape. Should have been easy to find but I went out the wrong door at airport. Use map function!
Enjoyed cruising the Smokies in a Jeep :)
