This SUV was in excellent condition, spotless, and ready for our trip. We picked it up from the Costco parking lot, and James provided us with detailed directions to the car and instructions on how to enter it. Everything exceeded our expectations.
James was incredibly helpful and communicated with us promptly, professionally, and clearly. After returning the car, he texted me that I had forgotten my dress in the cargo area. He patiently waited for about 30 minutes until I returned and retrieved my belongings.
We had a fantastic rental experience and will definitely be returning customers.
