Unfortunately, my experience with this host was disappointing due to multiple communication issues.
At pickup, there was confusion regarding who would be providing the keys and how the vehicle would be accessed. This resulted in a 10–15 minute delay before we were able to locate and obtain the keys.
Once we started the vehicle, there were multiple service warning lights illuminated on the dashboard, which was concerning and did not match expectations for a rental vehicle.
The biggest issue occurred during drop-off. We were instructed to hand the keys to someone, but there was poor communication about who that person was and how to reach them. We waited over 30 minutes attempting to get guidance. During this time, Turo Support also attempted to contact the host but was unable to reach anyone, with calls going unanswered and going to voicemail. Eventually, we were able to locate someone at the facility and hand over the keys.
While the vehicle served its purpose, the lack of communication and coordination during both pickup and drop-off made the experience unnecessarily stressful. I hope these issues can be improved for future renters.
I am so very sorry. Give us another opportunity promise it will be better. But I feel we deserved more than .three stars… and the gas wasn’t full I won’t charge for that. We all make mistakes. Thanks you

License plate did not match the license plate on Turo and communication was delayed during car/ key drop off. Everything else went reasonably well.
Hello thank you for your feedback. You asked me about the plate discrepancy… I’m still not sure what Turo was showing. Maybe there is an old picture of my vehicle. Next time it will be smoother.
