The car got the job done and was overall fine for what I needed. The renter was nice and communication was decent. My main issue was that I specifically filtered for vehicles with delivery, but after booking I was informed pickup was required instead, which was a bit inconvenient since that feature was part of why I chose this car.
The vehicle itself drove okay, but there were a few things I noticed. It made an unusual noise when accelerating, and the brakes were pretty squeaky. There was also a deep growling sound while sitting on the brake at lights. I’m not sure if that’s normal for this vehicle or if it may need maintenance, but it was noticeable during the trip.
Overall, not a bad experience, just not anything particularly above and beyond.
