The front license plate frame was old and loose, and it broke. I paid for the replacement myself and informed the owner, but I never charged them for it. Later, when returning the car, despite asking for instructions a couple of times beforehand. I didn't get clear information; the key drop-off box wouldn't close, so I had to find another solution. On top of that, and despite having asked earlier, I was hit with an extra $35 charge for gas; I had specifically asked the owner for all the details so nothing would be missed upon return, but they never mentioned that. I’d say the car was fine, but the service wasn't great. No one reimbursed me the $30 I spent replacing the old, broken frame. I hope this review is helpful.
