Beautiful Jeep! Smooth ride! Super friendly owners! The whole process was smooth! Would recommend renting from these owners and renting this specific Jeep! It made our Key West trip extra enjoyable!

Car quality was ok. The information screen went out for an entire day & we couldn't listen to music or anything else. Host apparently has no idea that a flight can arrive early! Although my pickup time was 12:30, we arrived about 20 minutes early, reached out ahead of time for pickup instructions which was NOT listed anywhere! She originally responded saying your pickup was 12:30 then NOTHING ELSE from her until 12:30 after combing the lot in sweltering heat after a 3 hour flight!!!!!! She responds when we see her pulling in saying the car is here!!!!! Had she just said it wasn't there yet WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN IN HEAT SEARCHING for said car!!!!! THEN she was not responding on the return leaving us AGAIN out in sweltering heat waiting for return instructions that was NOT SPECIFIED!!!! No answer from her & unexpected I had to check a bag for my flight and we were boarding in 40 minutes! I WAS HOT & FURIOUS!!! No apology but she said your return was at 12 👀 I only changed to 12 to not be late since 11 was pushing it!!!! Her time is literally TO THE MINUTE both for pickup & return!!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!
