My first experience on a Key West was amazing using turo! My host is incredibly nice, warm and welcoming! Best of the best! Would like to let everyone know its the best clean nice cars on a fleet! Art

We paid to rent a Tesla but it became unavailable just before our trip so we were offered an Audi. It was a nice car but had an odor when first turned on. The host was not professional. She was in fact, defensive and offered no compensation for the difference in cars. This host blew off our concerns.
Thomas, thank you for your feedback. The Tesla was unavailable due to prior renter damage, and you chose the Audi offered as an alternative. The car was cleaned and prepared right before delivery, and no other clients have reported odor or cleanliness issues. After using the vehicle for over a week, a $300 refund request is not consistent with the service provided. We aim to provide a positive experience for all customers.
