Everything was quick and easy, from pickup to dropoff.... very smooth process.

He lied about the miles on the fuel ! When I picked it up it said 335 , but he claim it was over 400 !! Which is bs . Stop trying to get over .. For now on i will be sure to take pictures !
I always have the vehicle completely full for every trip. When the guest does not bring the vehicle back full, I go straight to the gas station to refuel the vehicle back to full. This guest is just angry because at $5 per gallon plus the $10
Inconvenience she had to pay $35 for me to recover my missing gas! 🤷♂️

The host does not communicate well. The car fine besides a few scratches. We host dropped the car off to the airport a day before pick up and said he was going to refund the money we had to pay. But he didn't. I messaged him about it and never received a response. Also I tried to extend on the app but the host never responded to that either. Overall it was a good car the host does not communicate with you.
The guest is lying. They dropped the car off on time. How does it being a good rental go from 5 stars to 2 stars? 🤷♂️
