The Tiguan was usable, but the steering felt slightly misaligned and it was a noticeable downgrade from the Audi Q5 I originally booked. I was not offered a convincing comparable replacement—the other available vehicles were either smaller or not in the same category as the Q5. Overall, it got us through the remainder of the trip, but it was not the replacement experience I expected.

For clarification, the Audi’s warning light appeared because the fuel cap was not properly tightened during the trip. We offered to have our mechanic resolve it within approximately 20 minutes, but the guest declined and requested another vehicle instead. We accommodated that request with a 7-passenger Tiguan that is actually listed at a higher price than the Audi. We did our best to resolve the situation quickly and provide an upgrade rather than leave the guest without transportation.
