If I am paying for a car I expect it to work. Not even 2 hours in my trip this car broke down on me in a not so good area with my child , I was actually scared and felt very uncomfortable. I tried to turn the car over multiple times and it would not. The 7-9th time it turned. I contacted the host. He said I can switch it out. I said yes I would like to finish my trip and I don’t feel comfortable. So an hour half later he brought me another car but little did I know this next car was worse and actually a big problem. I didn’t have a good experience at all and was really uncomfortable the whole trip and won’t be renting here again. The host was nice and I expect cars to have problems but not when I pay to rent it.

William is an accommodating and efficient host. His vehicle is fairly priced and he was responsive to issues that arose as I extended my stay.
