My experience was great. The pickup was easy and host was very communicative and proactively shared information. The car ended up having an AC issue but the host was great with getting us a replacement car quickly and delivered it to us.

Everything was great including pickup location ease, clear instructions and great host communication. Car was clean and in good condition. It definitely had some big miles on it for a 2020, and felt like it was working quite a bit to get going on freeways and hills, but other than that the was comfortable.
