My original car I booked was canceled and the host offered an alternative. When I got this Jeep it was really muddy, the back up camera doesn’t work and only one speaker in the vehicle works driving it made me nervous because it accelerates a little late, but it got my family and I from point A to B with no issues. The host was also kind enough to accommodate my return

Car was nice and clean. Takes a bit to get up and go and struggled on any kind of uphill. But overall good experience.

Host was amazing and helpful. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use Jeep because we needed a bigger vehicle at the last minute but host was very helpful and understanding. When arrived Jeep was located in exact position as host described and was very clean. Thank you for all your help.
