Host was amazing!!!! He was quick to come to the door at 6 am!!!! He promtly came out, took pictures speedy fast knowledgeable about the process no drag questions professional. Appriciate his amazing cuatomer service skills. But turo platform is janky they need to get tighten up and touch every scenerio and situation that cohld occur. Cause i was left in middle of a small town flat tire no tire shops open on a sunday and no turo rentals around AT all!!!!!! They were ginna leave me sit in dark alone no help 8 hours took to finally get a car. And didnt want to offer me no free day or maybe book me a hotel i lost my whe day and my 2 cleaning jobs that day 500 dollars that was money i counted on amd always count on 1 time. Month and they didnt care i had not one dollar in my pocket to spend cause i account for every penny i make and where it goes i dint have ALOT of extra money to dish out so i had a rough day and when i got a car at 8 pm lost 8 hours that day 500 dollars and then 7 am the next morning i see a message car is late being returned they inly booked it for 10 hours for me over night and i had tk gk to wenatchee do 1 cleani g job that started t 5 pm and it is a 6 hour job but they extwnded cr only til 8 pm so im lost they dont work witb u dk t care i have to take care back tk pasco but i came frkm settle with turo car broke down flat tire and u woulda returned ti seattle and returned that car but they towed it and dont care how i wil get back to seattle i need to figure it out i m floored j am lost no help no understamding on their end no compassion amd loyalty with that atform but the Host was great i recommend rentinv from him but if u have to deal witb tiro on another issue it wont be a good deling they dont care be care of the platform turo not the hosts renting the cars

Personally as a solo female traveler I will not use Turo again as I need conveniences associated with big box car rentals that solo proprietors don’t provide.
The car itself was fine didn’t have much get up and go probably due to age. If you turned the AC on high it sounded like it was gonna take flight. The back right tire had a tear it in that looks like it was attempted to be patched instead of replaced. Which made me very paranoid of a blow out. The windshield wipers didn’t work great. All weather floor mats would be better.
The host was very communicative and answered questions quickly.
