I booked this Cadillac Escalade with high expectations and was completely appalled upon arrival. The vehicle was dangerously unfit to drive: the tires were bald, with one showing a massive gouge that had clearly blown out and been crudely patched back together—completely unsafe by any standard. The car was also dirty, neglected, and shockingly had expired registration tabs.
I refused delivery for obvious safety and legal reasons, and despite that, I was charged $274. Turo should not allow cars in this condition to remain listed. This wasn’t just disappointing—it was reckless and unacceptable.

I agree That slight rip was caused from a recent guest and they tried to repair it with some glue, tech also said it’s just a slight rip from curbing. I’m at the tire shop anyways and getting it replaced.
