Great car, amazing host!

Car was clean and drove well. Check engine light was on, but that was communicated before picking up the car. Aftermarket camera appeared to be recording while driving and that should have been disclosed. I strongly dislike the idea that video (and perhaps audio) was recorded without any disclosure or consent. The auto-generated messages about the car were redundant and overdone.

Thank you for your detailed review! Just to clarify, the camera does not record anything and has no memory card installed. Regarding communication, our detailed messages are simply instructions to make the trip easier—how to find the car, use the lockbox, parking, etc. With a large fleet, this helps avoid confusion. We were a little surprised by the 4 stars, but we truly appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again. We’ll also be happy to leave you a great review!
This was a fantastic rental experience. The pick up and drop off was seamless. The host is very communicative. And almost most importantly, the car was great! Highly recommend.

Quality of the car was excellent ! The car drove very nicely and it was easy to communicate with owner . The vehicle smelled like cigarettes, the entire time. Apparently, the previous guest smoked in the car. Other than that, the car was excellent.
