I needed a car in short order for an out of state emergency. Jeevan had the car ready to go the same day. He was very prompt in communication whenever I had a question about the car. Unfortunately I was in an accident while on the trip and he remained kind. That was very much appreciated in such a high stress situation.

So this isn’t completely against the host just rather a unfortunate event. Car broke down on us but host was pleasant and helpful and fully understanding. Requested a full refund hopefully this goes well
I apologize for the trouble Amber, the hose that connects to coolant reservoir was damaged. This issue is fixed and vehicle is now driving as it should without any issues.
