The car was great! Worth every penny. It was amazing on gas and handled a long road trip very well. Would absolutely rent again!

Perfect all the way around

The car drove very well throughout the trip with no issues at all. The host proactively informed me that a battery concern mentioned by a previous guest had already been addressed before my rental. The vehicle was in great working order, well maintained, and performed exactly as expected. I would not hesitate to rent from this host again.

Car Battery weak/dead.....
Car has only ~40k miles and battery is new. Guest did not opt in for roadside and says turo is charging him 99$ for the service. I even offered a vehicle swap but guest declined. Guest kept the car for 3 days after reporting battery issue. I have no idea how he managed when car battery was dead! Stopped communicating.
