Car was clean for the most part issues with acceleration paid extra for unlimited miles so I can take a trip out of town host did offer to trade out but was inconvenient for me yet I couldn’t take my trip only used 128 miles from pick up to return total not close to the 1500 nor unlimited I reached out regarding some sort refund no response the vehicle was clean for the most part but my experience overall did not end well.

thank you for the feedback. As we discussed during your trip, the Nissan Kicks is a compact, fuel-efficient vehicle designed for city driving rather than rapid acceleration 1.6l engine). The car was fully inspected, had no mechanical codes or warning lights(confirmed during our chat), and drove normally. When you mentioned concerns, I immediately offered to swap you into a Kia Seltos free of charge, but you chose to keep the Kicks for your local driving and no response until end of the trip.
The car was perfect! Clean, engine was smooth. Driven more than 500 miles in 5 days, and had zero issues. The host was very friendly, provided us with a USB cable for CarPlay, even kept an umbrella in the car. Highly recommended!
