While I was driving into a gas station, the engine shut off. After it shut off, another car hit me. I wanted to let you know what happened.

He told me that someone hit him and it was someone fault, he said then that person escaped when I asked him did you take photo of license plate, he said no(?????), all his story is suspicious including the car shuts off, it didn’t happen
