You rented the car on the 20th, yet it was nearly 2 weeks later that you provided feedback claiming the exterior was dirty. I wonder if you might be confusing it with another vehicle. We always wash and clean the car after every rental and inspect it thoroughly before handling it over. Plus, it is as 2025 model. Thus, I take great care of it. I also take photos both before the rental begins and after it returned. I have double checked the pictures, and the car was spotless. Regardless, thanks
