The vehicle (Cadillac)had a severely cracked windshield and the check engine light was on, I was not advised of any of this prior to the rental. It was suggested that I move forward with a vehicle that was not mechanically sound and supposed to be a luxury vehicle.
I was extremely disappointed and requested and was given a full refund.
