The pickup and drop off was the easiest thing about the entire trip. I rented this vehicle for transportation to my business it was a drop in and out kind of trip. I needed to charge my devices on the drive I was not able to do so with the charging ports not working I purchased a car charger to better assist me and that did not work as well I reached out to the host multiple times to get assistance and was blatantly ignore not sure if the hostess knows that the read receipts are on but I could see my messages being read and ignored. Also the vehicle comes with a sunroof and this hostess decided to put a cover over it so that I was not able to use it VERY INCONVENIENT not being able to use all the perks on a vehicle that you rented and paid your money for especially in the hot blazing days and nights of June. I had the vehicle not even a full 12 hours only used about 50 miles and the hostess falsely reported damage to the hood when I submitted pictures on the drop off which shows no damage.

The quality of the car was great nice and clean it. Road smooth enjoyable ride. The air worked perfectly because it was hot. The host was amazing. We spoke for spoke to her when I landed. She was amazing helping us get to the car. Really appreciate her and would book that car again thank you for an amazing start of my trip.
