Car was ok. Smelled like smoke when it was picked up. Advised owner he stated don’t worry about it. Rented for an emergent family issue to go out of town and only giving 400 miles for rental. Ridiculous
Thank you for the feedback. During pickup, you mentioned the odor concern only to ensure there would not be any smoking-related charge, which I completely understood and confirmed. I always inspect and clean the vehicle before each trip, and I personally did not notice any smoke odor at the time. The vehicle’s mileage allowance is also clearly listed prior to booking. I’m always working to improve the guest experience and appreciate the input.
