Courtney was very pleasant to communicate with and very accommodating. Vehicle was great to get around town. Awesome experience!

Car was excellent and host was wonderful. Would rent from them again.

Good it’s a bit of a pain, not having an agent to speak to and having to do this all on my own.

I’m sorry you felt the exterior of the vehicle was dirty. I pride myself on keeping my vehicles clean, but it can be hard in the Alaska weather. I washed and waxed the vehicle prior to its delivery to the airport. What specific parts of the vehicle did you feel I could improve on?
I also noticed with my communication, all of my responses were within 3 minutes. I want to be as friendly and helpful as possible!
Awesome host and car!
