I’m sorry you felt the exterior of the vehicle was dirty. I pride myself on keeping my vehicles clean, but it can be hard in the Alaska weather. I washed and waxed the vehicle prior to its delivery to the airport. What specific parts of the vehicle did you feel I could improve on?
I also noticed with my communication, all of my responses were within 3 minutes. I want to be as friendly and helpful as possible!
