Great car drives amazing , no smell . Will rent again !

The car smelled of cigarettes as, it was unbearable if you have children DO NOT BOOK, The steering was stiff & it was filthy and cruddy i wish i could attach photos, they didn't even bother cleaning the truck. I had to return the car after booking third row for my family for 2-6 and Fourth of July 2026 and the host gave a hard time for the return knowing it was nasty 😡
Ma'am. You took no check in or check out photos because you know our car was clean. You did not report an issue until over 4 hours into your trip. You claimed you did not want to put your kids in it. My employee watched you load you kids into the car and drive off of our lot with no issues. I personally detailed that car two days before your trip including shampooing the seats and roof. You are fishing for a free trip while having no evidence at all to back up your claims.
