Will made it super easy to find the car, access it, and get going on my trip. The car was clean, full of gas, and ran great throughout the entire trip. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. I would definitely rent from Will again.

Picking up the Bronco at SLC airport was easy for our 3,000-mile road trip around the national parks, and the vehicle is a great choice for those roads. About a week in, we realized the back tires were completely bald and the front tires had only 1/32" of tread left. It's not my habit to check the tires when renting from an actual car rental company, as those cars are serviced regularly and wouldn't allow a car on the road with such low tread, and so I didnt do so here.
After some unnecessary back and forth with the owner, who only wanted to replace the two back tires, and then having to involve Turo, he finally agreed to four new tires. A week later, the car barely started because the battery was dead. After all the service we performed, the car is running great and ready for the next user, but I would certainly check for service records as it seems there is no preemptive servicing of the car before it goes out to the next driver.

Will's response

Scott, thank so much for your honest review, which leaves room for improvement on our side, have a safe trip back.

All good with the car and very nice host, but host had a miscommunication with his co-host that caused us to wait in the airport for almost two hours upon arrival. He was as prompt and helpful as possible, but the delay was unfortunate.

Will's response

Hey Shea, I’m glad you had a wonderful time in Utah and enjoyed the car.

Car needs new tires and the registration was expired, but otherwise had a great experience. I let him know and he said he would get on it asap!
