Great Communication and Great Vehicle

The car is beautiful, clean, and communication with the host was smooth and professional. Great customer service. However, during my trip, I experienced consistent grinding and squealing when braking, which became more noticeable over time and affected my comfort driving the vehicle, so I limited my trips to shorter distances out of caution. The host was responsive and acknowledged the issue promptly when I brought it to their attention. I just recommend having the brakes inspected to ensure an even better experience for future renters. Everything else was just fine.
