Vehicle was presented clean and in great condition. It was very comfortable and reliable during our trip, we had no issues. Our host was also very curteous throughout our trip.

Unfortunately, this rental experience left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. The host was overly invasive, particularly with the repeated activation of AirTag tracking notifications while we were inside the vehicle inside glove compartment and also on key chain. I understand the importance of protecting your property, but there is a difference between vehicle security and making guests feel like they are being constantly monitored and the vehicle was dirty outside and inside (not vacuumed and dusty debris)
There was also a camera facing the interior of the vehicle, which added to the discomfort and lack of privacy. As paying customers, we expected a reasonable level of privacy throughout our rental possibly the most disappointing rental I have encountered as far as being on Turo.
Overall, the experience felt intrusive and unnecessary. I would not rent from this host again, and I strongly encourage future renters to be mindful of these concerns and policy violations by Turo.

I apologize that the AirTags made noises. I did not know that and will remove them. The dashcam is not interior facing, only exterior. Lastly, I will clean more frequently.
