The host was extremely nice, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the rental. However, there were a few issues with the vehicle that impacted my experience. When I picked up the car, there was a noticeable smell of marijuana, and the vehicle’s registration tag was missing from the window. After I reached out, the host promptly delivered the registration, which I appreciated. It would have been helpful if these items had been checked before the rental began. Additionally, there was a very noticeable stain on the back seat. Overall, the host provided good customer service, but the vehicle could have benefited from a more thorough inspection and preparation prior to pickup.

Car was in great condition and operated great. Host was very generous, patient and accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

Host answered messages in a timely manner. The car was clean and ready to go and everything functioned well. The only issue was the buttons on the drivers side seat did not function, but the host was able to help adjust the drivers side seat before my trip began.
