This was a super easy process to pick up the car. The host was quick to respond when I had a question. The car was clean, gas was filled and it was a smooth ride! Thank you!

i was given the car in terrible condition. there was dirt all over the inside of the car and smelt just as it looked. ( they definitely didn’t even attempt to clean the car before renting it out) there’s scratches and dents all over the exterior, the visors were broken and hanging down in my face, the car had a message saying the car needed new brake pads. they had little glass dolls glued on the dash board. and there was a minor crack in the windshield that spread within the week i had it and now they are trying to have me pay for the damages. i do not recommend renting this car if it wouldn’t have been such an inconvenience i would have returned at the first sight of the car but i had already drove an hour to get it.
