Everything was great. The car was clean and spacious.. comfortable drive. Easy instructions for pick up and drop off. Will definitely rent again.

I was not able to pick the car up I paid for a trip I could not use and the host did not refund or assist in anyway I do not recommend.

I am not sure what Ashley intended to gain from this review, but the claims are inconsistent with what actually occurred. She arranged for an unknown person to pick up the vehicle, and I assisted as much as I could. I also directed her to Turo Support regarding any refund request. The vehicle is exclusively used for rentals (no personal item were in vehicle) and is cleaned before every pickup. we will not release any vehicle unless the pickup person matches the renter.
