Car I chose wasn’t what was advertised- it was a nissan rogue but not the one that was advertised- disappointed - but at least the car was clean.
Wish i knew that where the car was parked was so far from the United Air baggage claim. I was frazzled .
Other than that- Reliable, respectful, clean and car runs well and air conditioning was great!

Every car we host is advertised by Turo straight from the Vin number and is exactly what the guest selects. The host does not have access to advertise the vehicle so I’m confused how the guest claims to not get what they chose? Car is 2026 and basically brand new! Parking location at the airport is required by Turo and airport rules. The host has nothing to do with how far away the parking is from the terminal. We provide very detailed instructions on how to locate and park the vehicle.
Car was amazing! Host was great! Only downfall which was my fault was I should have done a better pick up location, but it ended up working out! Will rent from host again! Amazing!
