Overall a good experience and nice car! I just wasn’t aware that we had to pay to get the vehicle out of the parking garage. A heads up would have been nice on that point. But other than that, good communication and would rent again!
Our pick up instructions in the details tab clearly state if you have a newer vehicle where the license plate does not read at the gate, take a picture of the parking receipt, upload pic into Turo, and call Turo support for a full refund.

First time Turo user. Missing some vital information in the pick up instructions, such as where the car key is stashed and the parking ticket does not need to be paid. This was upsetting particularly as the fee was $17 and I was only told about this on return instructions! When confronted about lack of information on pick up, the owner claims Turo sent out timed messages prior to my authorization which did not make a lot of sense to me as I received at least three separate instructions on how I should keep the car clean!
Regardless of Turo or owner’s oversight, I do not think using Turo or this vehicle from this particular owner is worth the hassle. I won’t be coming back for this car.
Has strict cleaning policy which is also a hassle. Owner states free car wash at 808 car wash express but their two locations were not near where we stayed unfortunately.
