Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the vehicle did not meet your expectations. As an electric vehicle, charging times and battery range can vary. We do provide charging information and recommendations to help guests plan accordingly. Fast chargers are recommended, and hope you’ll consider these factors when choosing an EV for a future trip. The vehicle was operating as designed, but we understand that an EV may not be the best choice for every guest.
Had to buy a battery for the key fob for the vehicle and never received any compensation in return. Received vehicle with almost half a charge at pick up as well.

We are more than happy to reimburse the cost of the battery for key fob. There was never any receipt shown or proof that the battery was purchased. Whatever battery level the car is received is what we ask it gets returned so there was no loss there. We run a fair and honest business with our guests. Better communication could have prevented any concerns or dissatisfaction. 🤙
Car quality was great and it was easy to locate.
The owner was nice! Please note, this is an electric vehicle. I missed that part! However, it drives nicely.
