Communication was great, and the pickup process was very flexible and convenient. The Jeep was clean and in perfect condition! Thank you for making our Hawaii trip so much easier and stress-free. We had a great experience and would definitely rent again!

Very upsetting of customer service from this guy. First he was super rude in the way he communicated with us. The instructions provided were super confusing . He also never disclosed that I had to pay for the parking in the Airport were the car was picked up. Everything else the car was good and was received in good condition.

For clarity to public, Angelina did not place the parking ticket in the vehicle at drop-off, causing a lost ticket fee of $29 to be assessed when leaving the parking garage. When I notified her that there would be an invoice for this accidental oversight, she excused herself from accountability, which will prompt Turo Support to step in and help reconcile the situation for us.
