Brian was very clear with pickup and return instructions. The QX60 had been in a minor fender bender prior to my pickup but it didn’t affect the vehicles functionality. The car was clean and it worked great for the period I needed. It was my first experience using Turo for rental and would definitely consider renting from Brian again.

Brian was great to work with, the only issue we had was damage on the vehicle we weren't told about until after we notified him that we thought we were involved in a hit and run. It caused quite a panic, and we were ready to contact the local police to file a report and store security to potentially get camera footage. We arrived when it was dark so didn't notice the damage when we picked it up and didn't look closely at the pictures (which we should have). After notifying him, he did let us know the damage was already there so that helped calm the nerves. We would rent from him again if we ever get back down that way.
